REFUND POLICY

If you are not happy then we are not happy! We meticulously package all of our products prior to shipping. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. We are happy to replace or refund products damaged during shipment once we receive photographic proof of the damage. Please email proof to info@candles-eh.ca within 5 days of delivery.
